Australia:
Well..I personally did not like this movie. I love Hugh Jackman but this movie pretty much sucked. Not to offend those who did like it..but..I didn’t even understand it. A random movie about cattle ranchers in Australia. Hmm. Not very interesting!!
The only entertaining thing was the little “creamy” kid who mumbled that hilarious song-thing. Yet even still I couldn’t understand what he was saying. It’s still under debate whether it’s “mambo-mambo” or “mango-mango”!! If you know. Please tell.

Valkyrie:
The movie itself was good. (The actors, shots, etc.)
But I don’t understand why you would make this movie in the first place.

One: Everyone already knows Hitler doesn’t die.
and
Two: Everyone already knows Valkyrie fails.

So why make a movie where everyone already knows the outcome?
Oh well.

Bride Wars:
Amazing. I might have had this reaction because I haven’t seen a chick flick in forever, but who cares, I loved it!
It was a great best-friend movie, but not one to go see with your significant other.
It was especially good because it dealt with multiple genres.
Comedy, drama, romance, friendship! It was great! I absolutely love Kate Hudson and Anne Hathaway, they were perfect for this movie!

Homecoming:
Props to cabinet for coming up with an unusual, creative, and exciting new theme! Way better than A Night to Remember or something unoriginal like that. Very nice, very nice.

Summer Movie:
My favorite movie of the summer was definately The Dark Knight. Heath Ledger’s performance as the joker was the best EVER! and Christian Bale definately is easy on the eyes. I loved the dark, demonic feel the movie had…i think it made it more realistic-like. Some people were saying they didn’t like the evil feeling, but i think if it had a happy feel with flowers and butterflys and happy colors it totally would’ve sucked.

Nerds vs. Geeks:
According to Merriam Webster Online Dictionary:

Nerd:an unstylish, unattractive, or socially inept person ; especially : one slavishly devoted to intellectual or academic pursuits.
Geek:: a person often of an intellectual bent who is disliked : an enthusiast or expert especially in a technological field or activity.

According to Me:

Personally I think the two are interchangeable. You may see someone sitting in the library all day and think to yourself : GEEK. Whereas to someone else, they might think : NERD. So another thing that comes into play is the person. The person’s mind. How they function, and how they see things. If you are someone who prefers reading books to messing with computers, you may think : NERD, but you could just as easily think GEEK. So I don’t know. How does someone know?? I don’t know. You don’t know. No one will ever know. So there. A nerd’s a geek, and a geek’s a nerd.
